Introduction
In undertaking BPM work, we consider each of your business processes on an end-to-end basis. This means that each process is traced through all the functions/departments that handle any aspect of it and holistic solutions deployed.
We fully embrace ‘outside-in’ thinking by looking at processes from your customers’ perspective. All a customer’s interactions with your business should be pleasant to him/her and your business processes should help you achieve this.
Successful customer outcomes [SCOs] are always top priority in our process improvement projects. We work with you to completely understand your customers’ needs, identify how best to meet those needs and then focus on improving your business processes to meet the needs.
We involve and consult your staff extensively throughout our work to ensure an outcome that they are proud of and can work with whilst ensuring an excellent fit with your strategic objectives and plans.
Experience
Our business process consultants have between them over 50 years of quality experience in managing, training and advising on diverse aspects relating to business processes for organizations across Africa.
Countries where our consultants have provided their expertise in Africa include; Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ghana and Egypt.
As a firm, we have provided bespoke business process management consultancy services to organizations in East Africa since 2005.
